Limited Edition
VIP Allocations provide advance access to limited production runs made from specialist leathers and materials that are not suitable for ongoing production. These runs are created in response to material availability, natural variation, and workshop capacity, allowing us to work with leathers that cannot be repeated consistently while maintaining our usual standards of manufacture.
Why Limited Editions Exist?
Not all leather is consistently available.
Certain hides are produced in limited batches. Others are released only when a tannery achieves the right result, and some materials are unsuitable for ongoing production due to variation or yield.
Rather than treating these as a marketing exercise, we allocate them carefully.
✓ Materials are used appropriately
✓ Production remains controlled and repeatable
✓ Customers understand what they are buying and why it is limited.
This may include rare or unusual leathers such as 'Kudu' or 'crocodile', as well as occasional limited runs where
material availability or production constraints make permanent availability impractical.
What To Expect
What To Expect
When you register for Limited editions, you’ll receive early access to upcoming workshop runs.
Each release is carefully planned and limited by the materials available and the time required to craft each belt properly.
You’ll be informed of:
✓ The leather selected for the run
✓ How it will wear and age
✓ The style it is best suited to
✓ Expected production quantity
✓ Estimated delivery timeframe
What Limited Editions Are Not
We don’t produce to demand.
We produce when the materials are right, and the workshop is ready.
Each run is defined by craftsmanship — not volume.
