Our Team
Crafting with leather runs through our small team. Led by Adrian, with over forty years of belt making experience, our workshop is built on knowledge gained through decades of hands-on work.
This experience is shared across the floor. Decisions are led by those making the belts, not by a brief or a trend. That collective knowledge is the most important ingredient in creating something we are proud to put
Heritage
Northampton has long been a centre for working leather.
Generations of craftspeople have shaped the town’s knowledge, tools, and materials — the same foundations we apply to every belt we make today.
Transparency
Northampton is based in the heart of England, around an hour north of London.
Our workshop is here, and we are open to visitors by Appointment ONLY.
Transparency matters to us. We want our customers to feel connected to more than a belt taken from a hook,
or a product made somewhere unseen. Knowing where a belt is made, who made it, and
why it was made that way is part of its value.
Being open about our process, our location, and our people allows customers to
feel part of something considered and genuine, not distant or anonymous.

The Skive & Stitch Aim
Skiving is not just an English term for avoiding something. In leathercraft,
it is the essential first step in shaping and preparing leather correctly.
When combined with hand stitching, beveling, edge staining, and careful finishing,
skiving forms the foundation of well-made leather goods. These processes require time, skill,
and people who genuinely care about what they are making.

by staff whose understanding of leather and craft cannot be rushed or replaced.

Our belts are never mass produced. Each one is made unique by the leather used and the hands that shape it.
