Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you decide that you would like to return your Skive & Stitch purchase for an exchange or refund, please follow the steps below.

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION

Please get in touch with us first to let us know you are returning your order.

  • All items should be received back to us within 28 days from the shipment date.

  • Your order should be in unworn, unused condition, complete with all original packaging.

  • Please include the original order invoice and a note with your reason for returning to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

  • All returns should be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please return items in the original postal packaging you received your order in, or a suitable alternative.

  • To protect yourself, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Skive & Stitch cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If returning an item from outside the EU, we suggest clearly marking the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” so it can be identified easily by customs. Each country has different shipping and customs rules, so Skive & Stitch cannot be held responsible for any return customs charges incurred.

We also recommend checking with your courier for guidance before returning items to avoid unexpected costs or delays.

EXCHANGES

OUTSIDE THE UK

If you are returning from outside the UK and would like to exchange for a different size, colour, or style, that is no problem.

To speed up the process, we recommend placing a new order through our website. This allows your replacement to enter production without delay. Once we receive your returned parcel, a full refund will be issued against your original order.

If you would prefer to include an exchange request inside your return parcel instead, this is also fine and will be processed once received.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


INSIDE THE UK

If you are returning from within the UK and would like to exchange for a different size, colour, or style, please return your parcel with the original invoice and clearly state the exchange details.

We will re-ship your new belt once it has been processed through the workshop.
